Featuring:

Young Guru: Head of Music, Collimation
Gimel Androus Keaton, better known by his stage name Young Guru, is an American audio engineer, record producer, disc jockey, and record executive from Wilmington, Delaware. In 2019, Young Guru won a Grammy Award for Best Urban Contemporary Album for mixing the album Everything Is Love by The Carters. He has worked with many leading recording artists, most notably Jay-Z, and an April 2015 Wall Street Journal profile called him “the most famous and successful engineer in the history of hip-hop”.

Adrian Rashad Driscoll: Head of Immersive, Collimation
Award-winning director. VR/AR Expert. Social Alchemist. Looking for new ways to take over the world.

From the small city of Barstow CA, (yeah, the pitstop on the way to Vegas) Adrian Rashad Driscoll followed his dream of becoming a professional actor and moved to Los Angeles. Shortly after that, he was woken up. After 8 years of great weather and bad traffic, he now makes his living as a filmmaker and VR/AR consultant. With a dedication to story-telling and quality, Driscoll has created many phenomenal visual experiences. His goal is to focus on the deeper side of VR & MR and to destroy the stigma of “VR being just for gamers.” French Fries are the key to his heart.

Celeste Lear: Boutique Electronique Music/DJ Celeste, Sonic Shaman/Reality Bender
As a Virtual Reality Artist, Celeste is a triple threat, DJ, event producer and 3D visual artist. She has been tapping the current, most cutting edge technology for design and performance to be able to create exciting, fully immersive performance environments. Truly the future of entertainment, where DJs not only play the music, but also conceptualize and design their own festival type stages and visuals and show up as avatars to perform. She has logged thousands of hours designing 3D modeled art, stages and visual effects for various VR platforms including AltSpaceVR, Sansar, TribeXR and WaveXR.

Join this unique conversation which will be live-streamed, and also held in virtual reality. You will learn about the latest technologies, integrations, and the future of VR & Music from artists, DJs, tech experts, world builders, and musicians already creating immersive and engaging experiences – and how to incorporate them into your career.

Natasha Murray
Natasha Murray (aka Illuminatty) is a VR DJ who is known for her shows in Altspace VR, Wave XR, Sansar, Neos, Twitch, and Mixer. She has been spinning with Tribe XR for two years, remotely bringing an eclectic mix of tech house and breaks to real-life venues around the world. She is currently a resident DJ for VirtualSports, an entertainment center located near Seattle, about 800 miles away from her home in Oakland, CA. Also known for her artwork, she is a featured Oculus Medium artist, and appeared in their global sculpting battle, Road To Tokyo, Episode 2. With a love of blending art and music, she designs her own stages for her resident performances in various programs, often using storytelling to embellish her designs and DJ sets.
