“Pitch Your Lab” session at the IEEE International Symposium on Mixed and Augmented Reality 2026 (ISMAR 2026)

We invite research groups from all areas of XR (Augmented, Mixed, and Virtual Reality), 3D User Interfaces, and related spatial computing fields to apply to present in the “Pitch Your Lab” session at the IEEE International Symposium on Mixed and Augmented Reality 2026 (ISMAR 2026).

Presentations may highlight the lab group’s research vision, research areas, team members, facilities, ongoing and past projects, academic and industrial collaborations, and open recruitment opportunities (e.g., Ph.D. positions, postdocs, internships). Both academic and industrial labs are welcome to participate.

While presentation materials will not appear in the official IEEE proceedings, a list of participating labs and their contact details will be featured on the ISMAR 2026 website, providing lasting visibility to the broader XR community.

Submissions & Registration Requirement:

• Initial Application: Applications must be submitted through the following Web Submission Form.
• Confirmation of Attendance: Accepted groups will be required to confirm their participation and provide at least one presenter’s ISMAR 2026 registration details by the confirmation deadline (see below) to be officially scheduled in the program.

Important Dates:

• Submission Deadline: September 5, 2026 (23:59 AoE)
• Notification of Acceptance: September 12, 2026 (23:59 AoE)
• Participation Confirmation Deadline (with registration details): September 19, 2026 (23:59 AoE)
