Dear colleagues,

I am Mingxuan Liu, an Assistant Professor at the University of Macau. My PhD student, Jiaming Zhou, and I are conducting a meta-analysis examining how AI involvement in communication shapes authenticity-related evaluations (e.g., perceived authenticity, realness, and realism).

We are seeking gray literature to make our review as comprehensive as possible and reduce publication bias. If you have any unpublished manuscripts, conference papers, dissertations, preprints, working papers, or other experimental research that may fit the criteria below, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share them with us. Unpublished studies and null findings are especially valuable.

High Level Inclusion Criteria:

• Experimental or quasi-experimental design
• Manipulated AI involvement in communication (e.g., AI-generated vs. AI-assisted content);
• Measured authenticity-related outcomes, such as perceived authenticity, realness, realism, or closely related constructs.

If your manuscript does not report sufficient statistics to calculate effect sizes, we would be grateful if you could also share the minimum information needed (i.e., sample size per condition; means and standard deviations, or equivalent statistics such as t / F , SE, CI, etc.).

If all necessary statistics are already available in the manuscript, appendix, OSF, or another repository, there is no need to send additional data. A citation or link is sufficient so that we can ensure your work is included in our review.
