Researchers for Online Seminars about Digital Surveillance
University of Pisa
Pisa, Italy

Dear All,

The University of Pisa is organizing a series of online seminars about Digital Surveillance. The seminars will be once a month and each researcher will reflect on a different nuanced aspect about the topic of surveillance. We are currently looking for researchers that work in this field, so we can create a dialogue during the meeting. The topics requested are (but not limited to):

  • Surveillance in virtual reality (i.e. Metaverse, Video games, or more in general Social Network)
  • Surveillance in Medicine
  • Surveillance in Fashion
  • Surveillance and AI, more specifically with Chatbot
  • Surveillance and contemporary society, how people can have a benefit or disadvantage from being surveilled
  • Surveillance and Families (i.e. how families control their children with technological devices)

Please, if you or one of your colleagues are interested in having a speech during our seminars, write me an email to Erika.temperino@phd.unipi.it

Thank you so much!

Erika Temperino
