Regardless of whether you are involved with a business, K-12 education, community college, technical college, or a university, professional development is expected and required by most industry leaders. Responding to NCA’s 2022 Theme of PLACE, this training session will address Community, Environment, and Location as it pertains to training and development.

Post-COVID, virtual meeting platforms have been added to traditional face-to-face training and development events. Which delivery method is most effective? What are the best practices for delivering content as an online session? How can we make virtual meetings more interactive? What can we do to improve the professionalism of virtual meetings? Will virtual training and development sessions take the place of face-to-face sessions in the future?

Panelists are needed to represent business, community colleges, and universities. Collaboration for the topic is welcomed.

Please respond prior to March 28, 2022 to PennyJoynerWaddell@gmail.com.
