Deadlines:

  • September 30 2014 – abstracts (at least 400 words, 5 keywords)
  • November 30 2014 – full papers (up to 5000 words)

Submissions’ guidelines:

  1. Submit  abstract / full paper (in MS Word) to viorel.guliciuc.1958@gmail.com
  2. After submission we will use the  Easy Chair system (http://www.easychair.org/ ) for communication with you
  3. Abstracts/full papers received by the deadline will be (double-blind) peer-reviewed on a rolling basis, with the notification of acceptance/rejection within 14 days.
  4. In case of a multi-authored abstract/paper, the submitting author will serve as the corresponding author.

Registration fees: 50 USD (early registration), 75 USD (after the 1st of October 2014)

Registration fees could also be paid on site.

Attendance for all students of JDV: Free

Terms and conditions:

  1. The registration fee includes: attendance (virtual / in person), certificate of attendance.
  2. If the same attending author will present more than one paper, the fee for each additional paper is 25 USD.
  3. If a paper is multi-authored and more than one author will attend the conference (virtual or in person), each attending author needs to register separately and pay individual registration fee separately.
  4. In person attendees will cover their transportation, meal and accommodation.
  5. The best 10% of the papers presented will be published in an ISI indexed.
  6. The best 25% of the papers presented (the difference between 10% and 25%) will be published in an EBSCO indexed journal.

Publication: ISI indexed Journal (2016) or – EBSCO indexed Journal (2015)
