TVX 2014 – Call for Workshop Proposals

TVX is the leading international conference for research into online video and TV interaction and user experience. The conference brings together international researchers and practitioners from a wide range of disciplines, ranging from human-computer interaction, multimedia engineering and design to media studies, media psychology and sociology. TVX 2014 will be held in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK on the 24-27th June 2014.

TVX workshops provide an informal setting where participants have the opportunity to discuss topics related to interactive television and online video in an atmosphere that fosters the active exchange of ideas. Workshops should generate ideas that will give the TVX community a new, organized way of thinking about a topic or suggest promising directions for future research.

If you are working in an emerging area in TVX, please consider organizing a workshop. Workshops will be held on the first day of the conference (25th June 2014) and can either be half a day or one full day in length.
