As narrated by the tagline of the last AWE Conference in Long Beach, CA, and since followed up by the daily news stories about the future of Hollywood and public social media AI usage and what’s real and what’s not, the AI+XR Medium and its fallout are now here.

Join us for a Presentation and Discussion with Alvin Wang Graylin, author of “Our Next Reality” and the current Chairman of the Virtual World Society. With over 35 years in AI and Immersive technologies and as the former Global Vice President at HTC, Alvin is an ideal guide to lead a discussion on AI, XR, and the broader ethical issues we now face.

Alvin has been writing and lecturing globally about the civic and cultural challenges we face in a possible “Age of Abundance” driven by the convergence of AI and XR, which is forming a new medium with new creative and business possibilities. He’s assembled a presentation using elements of his most current talks and writings that focus on the ethical challenges and requirements we all will face as these powerful mediums become mainstream and we face our choices of how to benefit or not from their usage.

There’ll be plenty of Q&A time for audience discussion. This will be the LA ACM SIGGRAPH Meeting of 2026 on AI that you won’t want to miss!

Hosted and moderated by XR/media veteran and LA ACM SIGGRAPH Vice Chair, Larry Rosenthal.

You must register with Zoom Registration to attend this event.
